A celebration of women in design

The A+ exhibition sought to elevate the work of women designers, and celebrated 100 years of graphic communication by creatives who had taught or studied at Central Saint Martins. Curated by designer Ruth Sykes, the exhibition ran for over a month and featured artists such as Margaret Calvert, Morag Myerscough, Julia Woollams and Sara De Bondt.

In addition to the exhibition logo and identity, I designed the website, the printed programme and social media assets.

The choice to use cyan as our only brand colour was partly practical, allowing us to print some assets at a lower cost using black ink on cyan paper, and printing one-colour stickers.

I designed the logo to work as a holding device for the exhibited artwork, which included pieces by Morag Myserscough, Astrid Stavro and Kath Tuball. I used these in animations for social media and our homepage, showing a variety of work in a consistent format.
